The Josiah Kibira University College is a constituent college of Tumaini University Makumira, owned and run by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania, Northwestern Diocese in Bukoba. It was established in 2012. It started with education programmes. It will open business studies this year 2014. It serves students of different denominations and religions.
